Pristine Bay and Las Verandas Hotel & Villas are part of Próspera, on the north shore of Roatán in French Harbour, 20 to 35 minutes from the airport depending on where you are going. Here is how they fit together, how a private transfer works, and what to plan if you are coming to play golf, stay in a villa with your family or work for a few days.
Próspera, Pristine Bay and Las Verandas: how they fit together
- Próspera has two districts in Roatán: the Pristine Bay district and the Beta district, where its headquarters is.
- Pristine Bay, in the Pristine Bay district, is an oceanfront resort and residential community with a beach club, infinity pools and the 18-hole Black Pearl golf course.
- Las Verandas Hotel & Villas is the hotel inside Pristine Bay, with rooms, suites and villas, some with private pools.
- The Beta district has Próspera’s headquarters, the Beta building, coworking spaces and cafés.
The ride time depends on the district: 25 to 35 minutes to Pristine Bay and Las Verandas, and 20 to 25 minutes to Próspera’s headquarters. Tell us exactly where you are staying, whether that is the hotel, a villa, Duna Residences or the Beta building, and we plan the drop-off with you.

Coming to play golf
The Black Pearl golf course is right next to Las Verandas, and Pristine Bay also has a driving range. If you bring your own clubs, tell us how many golf bags you have in the form, and we send a vehicle with room for everyone and every bag. Did not bring clubs? Las Verandas says you can ask its staff about rentals.
Families and groups staying in a villa
Las Verandas has villas for larger families and groups. The private van takes up to 9 passengers with luggage, so everyone arrives together. For 1 to 4 passengers, the private SUV is enough.
Want to arrive with groceries for the villa? Your driver can stop at a supermarket on the way, for an additional cost. Select it in the form and we confirm the price along with your transfer.
Where to eat at Pristine Bay
- Las Pergolas: the main restaurant, with Caribbean fusion cuisine, fresh seafood and brunches.
- Palapa Bar: casual, with burgers, pizzas and cocktails.
- Flava Pool Bar: light dishes and finger food by the pool and the beach.
- Pete's Place: a sports bar with big screens and a golf simulator.

Visiting Pristine Bay for the day
Pristine Bay sells day passes for its beach club, with the beach, the infinity pools, a water park and the driving range. Check the current options on its website. If you are staying in West Bay or West End, we can take you there and back the same day: choose “Day trip to Pristine Bay” in the form and tell us what time you want to return. Going to Próspera’s headquarters
Próspera’s headquarters, in the Beta district, is 20 to 25 minutes from the airport. Visitors come for a stay at Duna Residences, a meeting at the Beta building or one of Próspera’s community events. A few practical tips:
- Tell us the exact place: Duna Residences, the Beta building, Las Verandas or your villa in Pristine Bay.
- Some Próspera event packages already include island transportation. Check yours before you book a transfer.
- Próspera has an online visitor pass for people who are visiting rather than staying. Check on its website whether you need one before you arrive.
Which vehicle to choose
- Private SUV: 1 to 4 passengers with luggage.
- Private van: up to 9 passengers, for families, groups and golf bags.
- SUV XL: a full-size SUV (Expedition, Tahoe or Prado) for 1 to 4 passengers, with extra room for luggage.
