Shared shuttle or private transfer: the difference
Shuttles usually wait for the other passengers arriving on the same flight, and that can mean several minutes of waiting. A private transfer is just for your group: you walk out of the airport and go straight there.
When a private transfer makes sense
- You want to leave as soon as you walk out of the airport, without waiting for other passengers.
- You are traveling with family or a group and prefer to ride with just your people.
- You want to make a stop on the way, for example at a supermarket or an ATM.
- You want more room or more comfort: a private van or the SUV XL.
How it works

- Your driver messages you on WhatsApp and waits for you at the airport exit with a sign showing your name or your destination. If your flight is delayed, your driver waits.
- You leave right away and your driver drops you off at the reception entrance. The ride takes 30 to 45 minutes.

Your driver can stop, for example, at a supermarket or an ATM, for an additional cost. Select it in the form and we confirm the price along with your transfer.

- Private SUV: 1 to 4 passengers with luggage.
- Private van: up to 9 passengers, for families and groups.
- SUV XL: a full-size SUV (Expedition, Tahoe or Prado) for 1 to 4 passengers, with extra room for luggage.

Things to do from the hotel
Infinity Bay sits on West Bay Beach, with the Mesoamerican Reef just offshore. It has an oceanfront infinity pool, a spa and a dive center. The jet ski and the banana boat leave from the same beach, with no transport needed, and you can also go parasailing in West Bay.
